Account Cancellation Request

As per our service policy, all account cancellations require a minimum of 30 days’ written notice prior to the intended termination date. This notice period allows us to appropriately manage resources, billing, and service dependencies associated with your account.

To initiate a cancellation, we require the completion of our Cancellation Request Form. The form serves as official written notice and helps ensure that all relevant details are captured accurately. Cancellation requests will not be processed until the completed form is received.

Services and billing will continue during the 30-day notice period.

Any scheduled renewals or charges within this period will remain applicable.

Cancellation is considered effective only after the notice period has been fulfilled.
